In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda mix all together.. and keep aside
In separate bowl add butter and sugar . mix well till it smooth and light in colour.
Add the dry ingredients gradually and fold gently.Add the coconut milk gradually and mix well using a spatula.
Add the dessicated coconut and mix well .
Pour the batter into a greased and dusted aluminium tin. tap it slightly.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 20 to 25 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
Cut in to 2 layers using bread knife
Now in separate bowl add all Filling ingredients together. Mix slowly. .
Add this filling on first layer of cake and spread evenly.
Top with another cake layer.
Spread the frosting over the top and sides of the cake.
Press coconut into sides and onto top of cake. Decorate with Sprinklers. .
